Application Dates: Online applications opened September 30, through November 30. Late applications run from December 1 to December 15, 2026.
Eligibility: Must be a Steele County resident with children aged 16 or younger (as of December 31, 2026); school-aged children must be enrolled in school or homeschooled.
Toy distribution will be December 14. 15, and 16, 2026.
Public Resources: Free computers and Wi-Fi to submit applications are available at the Owatonna Public Library and Blooming Prairie Public Library.
Local Event Support: A Super Bingo fundraiser supporting Toys for Tots and Community Pathways will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 12:00 PM at the Owatonna Eagles (141 East Rose Street, Owatonna, MN). Tickets are limited to 250.
