The Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Clubs of Owatonna are again partnering to host candidate forums for the community. Each Monday, starting on September 28 and running through November 2nd the forums will take place 11:30a-1:30p at the Owatonna Country Club. It is free to attend, but there is a lunch option for $16.
