What are The Shops at Rose Street?
The Shops at Rose Street is a new concept for business owners that will provide an affordable space with support and opportunities for them to get started or expand their business. The goal is to graduate from The Shops into a brick-and-mortar location in Downtown Owatonna. We will be accepting applications starting April 20, 2026.
