It was in 2003 that REM partnered with The MENTOR Network, which is a national network of human service providers.
REM Woodvale, a part of REM Minnesota, has program locations through Southern Minnesota, and offers a wide range of residential services that will be tailored to that individual’s needs. Services offered include home and community-based services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as autism spectrum disorders, mental health challenges, physical disabilities with complex medical needs and brain injury. It is the hard work of REM Woodvale employees that bring a sense of family to the human service provider industry of Southern Minnesota.
