The Chamber Foundation is a 501c3 charitable non-profit organization dedicated on assisting projects that have a broad community benefit in Steele County. The Foundation has been the fiscal agent for projects like the Patriot Skies Fireworks, Rotary Centennial Clock, We All Play-Miracle Field, Owatonna Yellow Ribbon,  River Springs Water Park, downtown mural projects, and the downtown flower basket program to name a few.
